Mauricio Buitrago Gomez is a seasoned Cloud Architect and Senior Consultant with over a decade of experience in Microsoft infrastructure services. Currently, at Controles Empresariales since 2011, Mauricio has successfully led various high-profile projects including the migration of applications to Azure for Ecopetrol and significant email system migrations for clients such as the Air Force and Servientrega. Prior roles at BBVA, DTS Latín, Unisys, ALFA INGENIEROS, Colombia Movil, and Fundacion Santa Fe de Bogota showcase robust expertise in managing and implementing Microsoft server platforms, virtualization, and enterprise-level IT solutions. Mauricio holds a Specialization in Project Management Teleinformática from Universidad del Rosario and a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Antonio Nariño.
