Kyle O'Rourke

Kyle O'Rourke is currently the Director of Transformation, Planning & Risk at Controlled Thermal Resources US Inc. Prior to this role, Kyle held various positions at Baker Tilly US, starting as a Senior Consultant and working their way up to Principal in the Public Sector Advisory. Kyle also worked as a Government Business Analyst at Crowe and as a Research Assistant at Indiana Complex Operation Partnership. Kyle has a Master of Public Administration in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. During their career, Kyle has gained valuable experience in consulting, public sector advisory, and research roles.
