Karl Vantine

Karl Vantine's work experience begins with their current role as Chief Customer Officer at Contruent, a Global Leader in Enterprise Project Controls Software. In this position, they lead a global team of service delivery and support professionals, ensuring customer satisfaction with the PRISM software. Karl oversees customer onboarding and renewals, driving high revenue retention rates and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Prior to Contruent, Karl worked at ARES PRISM, starting as a technical Project Manager and progressing to become the Sr. Vice President & Partner and Deputy to the CEO/Founder. During their tenure, they sold and delivered PRISM to major capital programs worldwide and led the launch of ARES' foreign operations.

Before ARES PRISM, Karl worked at ARES Corporation as a Project Manager, specializing in Risk, Threat & Vulnerability Assessment Solutions. Here, they secured funding and successfully delivered a multi-phase project for the U.S. DoD's Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to develop the AVERT software for modeling physical site security.

Karl also has experience as a Project Management Consultant at MI-GSO | Pcubed, a global consultancy firm specializing in project, program, and portfolio management. At Pcubed, Karl worked with various clients to implement technical solutions and provide advice on project management best practices.

Karl's earlier roles include Cost Engineer & Project Scheduler at Electronic Data Systems, Financial Analyst (Graduate Intern) at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, and Economic Analyst (Graduate Intern) at the U.S. Department of State's American Embassy Windhoek.

Karl Vantine has a diverse educational background. Karl completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General at Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1989 and 1993. Karl later pursued further education and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Trade and Investment from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University between 1995 and 1998. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business.

In addition to their formal education, Karl Vantine has also obtained certifications in their professional field. Karl became a member of AACE International in January 2005. Karl also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2000.
