William Sparke has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Consultant at Supp! in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Partner Support Representative at UberEats, where they trained over 50 UberEats Partners for an event. william then transitioned to a Graduate Project Manager position at Highways England, where they developed Power BI-based reporting solutions and supported the development of functional data sets. In 2019, William joined Skanska as a Data Analyst before moving on to work as a Power BI Manager at HS2 Enabling Works. In this role, they defined project-level BI strategies, optimized data flow, and collaborated with key stakeholders. Additionally, they joined Hertfordshire Cheetahs American Football Team as an Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach in 2017, where they managed positional coaches, developed game plans, and installed a new offensive scheme. Most recently, in 2020, William worked as a Project Controls Consultant at ARES Project Management LLC | ARES PRISM and as a Power BI Manager at Versatile Solutions.

William Sparke began their education at Dame Alice Owens, where they completed their primary and secondary education. After graduating from high school, they attended Lancaster University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies & Operations Management. Later, in 2021, William enrolled in the University of Cambridge to pursue a Master of Studies (MSt) in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment, which they are expected to complete by 2023.
