Rachael Cooper

Rachael Cooper has over 13 years of experience in various roles related to research and development, program management, and engineering. Rachael started their career in 2007 as an FMCG Consultant at Antal International. In 2008, they joined Johnson & Johnson where they held positions as a Manager in Partner Development, Product Lifecycle Lead, Value Stream Engineer, and GOLD Associate in Global Supply Chain Coordination and Global Distribution & Customer Services. In 2019, they worked as a Contractor at ConvaTec. Currently, Rachael is employed at Convatec, where they have held roles as a Senior Research and Development Engineer, Senior Technical Project Leader in R&D, Program Manager, Senior Manager in Ostomy R&D, and currently as an R&D Director in the Ostomy Care Business Unit. Rachael'sresponsibilities involve leading teams, driving new product development, coordinating product launches, and overseeing strategic programs.

Rachael Cooper obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Lean Enterprise from the University of Buckingham between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Product Design with Engineering at the University of Liverpool from 2003 to 2006.
