Viktoria Ivanova

Viktoria Ivanova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Viktoria started their career as a Regional Counsel at the Labour Office in 2004 before transitioning to become an HR Generalist at ConvaTec in 2005. Viktoria held this role until 2012 when they joined Bel as a Training Development and Communication Specialist for Central Europe. Following that, they worked at Magneti Marelli as an HR People Development Responsible from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they serve as the HR Manager (Regional HR Lead Slovakia&Belarus) at ConvaTec since November 2015 and was later promoted to the position of HR Director in April 2019.

Viktoria Ivanova holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Collegium Humanum, which was obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Doctor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of Presov in Presov, from 2012 to 2013. Their education history also includes a Magister degree in Public Administration from the University 'Pavla Jozefa Šafárika' v Košiciach, which they earned between 1999 and 2004.
