Sujoy Basu

Sujoy Basu is the current VP of Strategic Projects at ConveGenius. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Human Capital at Moglix from May 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the Business HR, special projects, engagement, and administration of the company. Sujoy also assisted with the company's learning and development initiatives.

From May 2019 to December 2019, they were the Head of HR at Alphabyte. In this role, they were responsible for the company's human resources initiatives and helped transition the company to LeapLearner India.

Basu began their career in HR as an HR Business Partner at Uninor (UPW) from August 2010 to November 2010. Sujoy then became the Head of Human Resources at 9.9 Media from December 2010 to February 2014. In March 2014, they took on the role of Executive Director - Human Resources (Chief People Officer) at ABC Consultants, where they served until April 2019.
