Robert Meklemburg

Robert Meklemburg has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Student Researcher at Kent State University. In 2006, they took on a Student Worker role at Kent State, maintaining the Materials Science Digital Library (matDL). From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Case Western Reserve University, doing research on protein allostery using various graph-theoretic techniques and probing structural dynamics of proteins using hydrogen/deuterium exchange coupled with mass spectrometry. In 2012, they became a Research Scientist at Thermalin Diabetes, Inc., heading the stability and biophysical characterization of insulin analogs, as well as working in the area of protein purification. Finally, since 2018, they have been a Senior Scientist and Scientist - Analytical Chemistry at Convelo Therapeutics, Inc.

Robert Meklemburg received a Master's degree in Biology (Protein Dynamics and Allostery) from Case Western Reserve University in 2011, after earning a B.S. in Physics from Kent State University in 2007.
