Mike Farrow

Mike Farrow is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Convention Data Services since April 2023, Mike is integral to a small IT Operations team, overseeing end-user support and DevOps while maintaining the company's infrastructure and legacy SaaS products. Previously, Mike worked as a Site Reliability Engineer at Steele, now Diligent, following the acquisition of Osprey Compliance Solutions. In earlier roles, Mike contributed as a Cloud Systems and Data Security Engineer at Osprey Software, a Senior Managed Service Provider Engineer at Lincoln Peak Partners, and as a System Administrator at CSC, supporting General Dynamics. Mike’s educational background includes studies in Micro Computing & Networking at CCRI.
