Tella Mercado

Tella Mercado has worked in the customer service and sales operations field since 2014. Tella began their career at Flower Orthopedics as a Sales Operations Supervisor and was later promoted to Customer Service and Sales Operations Supervisor. In 2020, they joined Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions as an Administrative Assistant/Project Manager.

Tella Mercado has a diverse educational background. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Central Penn College, where they earned an Associate in Communications degree in the field of Business/Corporate Communications. From 2010 to 2014, they attended Drexel University College of Nursing & Health Professions Division of Undergraduate Nursing, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Health Services Administration. From 2018 to 2019, they attended DeVry University, where they earned a Medical Billing and Coding degree and a Certification in Medical Billing and Coding.
