Currently, Brendan serves as the Manager of the Construction Draws team at Conventus, where responsibilities include managing the end-to-end draws process and enhancing efficiency. Prior roles at Conventus include Senior Draw Analyst and Draw Analyst, focusing on underwriting construction loan draw requests and improving client experience. Brendan's previous experience includes training and optimizing the auto refinancing process at LendingClub and coaching basketball for youth teams and high school. Brendan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from San Francisco State University.
