Cristina Hoole

Cristina Hoole is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications at Convera, Cristina leads the Employee Engagement Team for the world's largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company. Previously, Cristina held significant roles, including Global Head of Communications at Western Union, where support was provided to companies and financial institutions globally. Other notable positions include Head of PR for Royal Caribbean International, Vice President of Media Relations at J.P. Morgan, and Marketing and Communications Director at LinkedIn, among others. Cristina's educational background includes a BA Hons in Media & Communication from Lancaster University and an MA in Marketing from the University of Westminster.
