Jenny Guerrero

Jenny Guerrero, M.A., is a seasoned Learning Experience Designer with extensive experience in developing and implementing learning strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Convera, Jenny leads the design and development of learning content and advises on best practices. Previously, at Meta, Jenny created a centralized learning site for global recruiters that significantly improved engagement and confidence levels. At Freddie Mac, Jenny managed learning journeys, upskilling a large percentage of employees, and in earlier roles at Comscore, KMS Solutions, Walden University, and Verizon Wireless, focused on instructional design, onboarding, and client engagement. Jenny holds a Master of Arts in Distance Education and eLearning Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology/Web Design from ECPI University.
