Monika Gillis

Monika Gillis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning design and customer training within the workforce management industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Learning Experience Designer at UKG since October 2020, Monika focuses on delivering high-quality educational solutions for HCM and Absence products. Prior experience includes various roles at Kronos, including Training Specialist, Instructional Designer, Solutions Advisor, and Application Specialist II, where Monika played key roles in training development, customer engagement, and system implementation. Monika also served as a Client Support Specialist III at ADP, contributing to client services and organizational goals, and briefly held a position at Staples as a Business Development Associate. Monika holds a Certificate in Organization Development & Change from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University.
