Rev Dr Randall M Deal Sr PharmD CDCES CPT serves as the Lead Director at Rock Point Church since March 2019, overseeing church planting, theology education, safety, security, and facilities management. With extensive experience in church leadership roles, including Co-Director of Vision Arizona and various interim pastoral positions, Rev Dr Deal has contributed significantly to church planting and coaching within the Converge Worldwide network. A seasoned pharmacist, Rev Dr Deal has held multiple roles at Walmart and Albertsons, focusing on clinical pharmacy and diabetes care. Rev Dr Randall M holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific and is pursuing a PhD in Pastoral Ministry through Trinity College of the Bible and Trinity Theological Seminary.
