Albert Santos

Alberto Santos is an experienced executive in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Converge ICT Solutions Inc. since September 2020. Prior to this role, Alberto held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations at Expert Global Solutions from June 2013 to September 2020 and Senior Director for Operations at Convergys from April 2011 to 2013. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at SPi Global, Assistant Vice President at Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, and Assistant Vice President of Service Quality at AIG. Alberto began their career as a Manager at Citi, working there from April 1993 to March 1999. Alberto earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from De La Salle University between 1989 and 1993.
