Cate Page is the Executive Director of Clinical Services at Converge International. Cate has over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, specializing in organizational development and training. Prior to their current position, they were a Specialist Consultant and Beyond Blue National Workplace Program Manager at Davidson Trahaire Corpsych, where they facilitated DTC Organisational Interventions including assessment, consultation, training, group facilitation, and conflict resolution. Cate also served as the Accounts Manager for all QLD customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers while designing and implementing programs and policies to meet organisational customer needs. Cate has also worked as a Senior Consultant - Organisational Development at Assure Programs and as a Clinical Manager at Langmont Advantage. Cate is a highly skilled and experienced professional who is dedicated to helping others achieve their full potential.
