Glenn Riseley

Glenn Riseley is the founder of HeadUp Labs, which was recently acquired by Converge International. After originally forging a path as an advertising creative and planner, Glenn founded the Global Corporate Challenge which harnessed technology and behavioural psychology to improve employee health across the world.

As CEO he led the business for over a decade and changed the lives of over 2,000,000 employees, across 185 countries and 4,700 organisations. After selling the business to Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group, Glenn founded HeadUp Labs which is trusted by life and health insurers, employers and governments across the world to engage people and help them lead long, healthy, happy and productive lives.
