Bryan Moak has a vast work experience in various roles within the church. Bryan started their career as a Worship and Children's Pastor at Bethel Baptist Church in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1993. Bryan then served as a Worship and Executive Pastor at Berean Baptist Church in Mansfield, Ohio from 1998 to 2007. Afterward, they worked as an Executive Pastor at Hillside Church of Bloomington from 2007 to 2017. Currently, Bryan holds the position of Vice President of Church Strengthening at Converge MidAmerica.
Bryan Moak holds a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Music at Bethel University from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bryan has also obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Career and Life Coach from Paradigm 360 Coaching & Consulting, LLC in 2019, a Natural Church Development Certified Coach from NCD America in 2018, a Church Unique Certified Coach from Auxano Church Consulting in 2018, and ordination from Converge Worldwide in 1996.
