Chelsea Sills is currently working as a People Operations Partner and Data Administrator at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. Prior to this role, Chelsea was a Human Resources specialist at the Missouri Department of Social Services children’s division. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management and Management from Columbia College.
