David Luftig

David Luftig is currently the EVP of Software & Solutions at Converge Technology Solutions. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President at Essextec from May 2015 to December 2019 where they were responsible for many of the firm's key client relationships and making sure things work smoothly throughout - from sales to finance to delivery. David has been in the technology industry for over 20 years, joining the Essextec management team through the acquisition of Gemini Systems in May of 2015. At Essextec, David focused on ensuring that they offer their clients competencies that demonstrate expertise in products, solutions, and industries.

Before Essextec, David was with Gemini Systems from June 1998 to April 2015 where they held various positions including President and CEO. During their time at Gemini, David grew the company from a small regional player to a national IBM Business Partner. Under David's leadership, Gemini became a leading provider of enterprise software solutions and services with a focus on Big Data & Analytics, Business Risk Solutions (Information Security), Cloud Solutions, Digital Engagement (Mobile, Social, Portals and WCM), Dynamic Infrastructure, and Cognitive Computing (IBM Watson).

David Luftig received a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.
