James Bigouette, PMP has a diverse work experience history. James began their career in the US Army as an Instructor in 2006 before transitioning to the White House Communications Agency in 2007, where they served as a Senior Intelligence Analyst. In this role, they conducted threat assessments and provided clearance indoctrinations for WHCA employees. James also managed the agency's INFOSEC/PHYSEC inspection program and traveled globally to provide technical security support to the President and Vice President.

In 2018, James became a Technical Counterintelligence Specialist in the US Army, serving as the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in charge and Technical Counterintelligence Agent. James planned, managed, and executed TSCM surveys of DoD facilities nationwide and collected technical information for cyber vulnerability assessments and OPSEC evaluations.
Currently, James is working at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. as a Cybersecurity Project Manager since July 2023. Prior to this role, they also gained experience as a Project Manager - Skillbridge Intern in the same company from January to July 2023.
