Nicole Sheppard

Nicole Sheppard has a strong background in IT, specifically in IBM i solutions. Nicole started their career in 1999 at IBM as an IT Technical Specialist. In this role, they focused on implementing, managing, and delivering High Availability solutions for customers' replicated systems. Nicole also specialized in providing disaster recovery (DR) solutions and implementing BRMS recovery.

During their time at IBM, Sheppard also worked as an IT Technical Consultant, where they were responsible for installing, implementing, and maintaining Power Servers and HMC servers for IBM i solutions. Nicole also played a key role in configuring and installing IBM i recovery processes.
