Vadim Klyuzner

Vadim Klyuzner has extensive experience in the field of engineering and technical support. Vadim currently holds the position of Senior Support Engineer at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. and Senior Engineer at Vicom Computer Services, Inc., both of which they joined in 2018.

Prior to these roles, Vadim worked as a Senior Engineer at ICCS & Co., LLC from August 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they provided Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to clients and was involved in various projects such as AD systems upgrade, MS Exchange upgrade, network printer installation, and Unifi Wi-Fi systems installation, among others.

Vadim then moved on to Micro Data Systems, Inc., where they served as a Support Engineer from February 2006 to February 2007. In this role, they provided advanced end-user support for workstation hardware and software, resolved escalated problems, and developed and documented procedures.
