Mike Ayres is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with significant experience in technology, infrastructure, and mobility. Most recently, Mike served as Partner at Convergence Acceleration Solutions/CAS Group, where efforts focused on enhancing domestic roaming for a Tier 2 Wireless carrier in the US, leading to successful agreements and integration resolutions. Prior to that, as Director of Business Analysis at T-Mobile, Mike led initiatives in the Consumer segment, honing analytical capabilities for resource alignment. Mike's extensive tenure at Sprint included roles such as Director of Roaming Services, where substantial cost savings and customer satisfaction improvements were achieved, and Director of Finance, which involved driving operational efficiencies. Mike's foundational experience features a range of roles in finance and analysis, supported by an MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas and a BSB in Accounting from Emporia State University.
