Vignaraj Sanmugalingam

Raj Sanmugalingam has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Vignaraj (Raj) started their career with MCI Communications, where they worked as a Manager Product Development & Project Management and later as a Senior Architect & Program Manager. Raj then moved on to Cidera Inc as a Director, Program Management, where they built and led Program Management and Network Testing functions. Vignaraj (Raj) also worked at Saudi Telecom Company as a Senior Advisor & Corporate Planner and at GXS as a Senior IT Project Manager. Raj later joined EMC as a Senior Practice Consultant, leading Telecom IT Transformation and other initiatives for Tier 1 clients. Vignaraj (Raj) also had a brief stint at LightSquared as a Senior IT Consultant/Delivery Manager before joining Devas Multimedia America Inc. as the Vice President of Information Technology & Operations. In this role, they played a key role in building a Hybrid Satellite-Terrestrial platform for advanced internet-based multimedia services. Currently, Raj is the Practice Lead for Testing/Quality Assurance at Convergence Acceleration Solutions/CAS Group, specializing in digital transformation and delivery. Overall, Raj has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and expertise in a range of technical and strategic roles.

Vignaraj (Raj) Sanmugalingam has a Certification in Digital Transformation from Imperial College London, which was completed by 2022. Vignaraj (Raj) also holds a Certification in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed by 2020. In 1986, Raj obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Strategy & Information Systems from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Vignaraj (Raj) earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Statistics from Madras University in Madras, India in 1982.
