Ayuj Verma

Ayuj Verma is a software engineer intern at Jump Finance, engaged in full-stack development to enhance education in The Gambia and West Africa using Google Cloud, FastAPI, React.js, and SQL. Additionally, Ayuj serves as the lead software engineer for Xebec at Convergent, overseeing a team to create a cross-platform desktop productivity application with C++, the Qt framework, and OS-level APIs. In a parallel role at Convergent, Ayuj contributed to building a mobile delivery app for Meals on Wheels using React Native and Flask. A member of the Ed-Tech Build Team, Ayuj developed "parrot," an AI-driven website for promoting literacy, collaborating with University of Texas at Austin experts. Previous experience includes an internship at Kanarys™, where Ayuj automated the integration of workplace demographics data into a database for DEI analysis. Ayuj is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics, along with a minor in Entrepreneurship, at The University of Texas at Austin, expected to graduate in 2026.
