Letitia Bryan

Letitia Bryan is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Convergent Energy and Power since September 2023. Prior to this role, Letitia held the position of Legal Director for North America and Latin America at John Laing from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supporting investment and asset management in infrastructure and energy sectors, overseeing project documents, governance, and advising on compliance and risk. Letitia’s extensive experience also includes nearly a decade at Ashurst, where roles varied from Associate to Solicitor, providing legal advice on a range of public-private partnership projects, including significant infrastructure initiatives in the U.S. and international energy projects. Academic qualifications comprise a Law LLB from the University of Warwick and completion of the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
