Meredith Barnaby

Meredith Barnaby is a seasoned event professional with extensive experience in event coordination and management. Currently serving as a Travel Ambassador at Convergenz, Meredith provides specialized support to the ARPA-H team. Previous roles include Senior Event Coordinator at Elevated Events by SM, where Meredith led day-of wedding coordination, and Event Coordinator at Kelly Strong Events, managing logistics for various events. Earlier experience as a Senior Consultant at GoldSpring Consulting involved overseeing logistics for over 30 annual conferences. Additional positions include roles in social media and marketing at Total Events, LLC., and several internships supporting high-profile events and marketing initiatives. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Advertising Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has also studied at the Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
