Dan is currently the Vice President of the AI Center of Excellence at C1, where they are leading the development of AI technologies. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Director of AI Automation Customer Experience Practice and Director of AI Automation at C1. In these roles, they focused on utilizing Natural Language Understanding/Processing (NLU/NLP) to enhance customer experience.
Before joining C1, Dan worked as a Customer Experience Consultant at Ecodence LLP, where they provided guidance and expertise on customer experience capabilities to clients in diverse industries. Dan also worked at Avaya as the Director of Customer Experience Product Management and Director of Customer Experience Channel Marketing. In these roles, they launched new marketing initiatives and built strong partnerships with channel partners.
