Eric Walter

Eric Walter has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Eric began their career at IBM in 2001, where they served as a Server Support Team Lead for six years. In 2008, they transitioned into project management roles at IBM, overseeing engagement integration, transformation, and storage integration.

In 2014, Eric joined Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, where they held positions as Senior Manager of Storage and Database Engineering, Senior Director of Cloud Engineering, and Vice President of PureConnect Cloud Services and Operations. During their time there, they played a key role in cloud-related operations and services.

Since 2017, Eric has been with ConvergeOne, serving as Vice President of Cloud Operations and Customer Success Center. In this position, they are responsible for providing engineering support for various platforms and ensuring the successful delivery of managed services. Eric has also been involved in implementing rightshoring initiatives. Throughout their career, Eric has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Eric Walter attended Missouri State University from 1996 to 2000, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
