Celene Osiecka

Celene Osiecka is an experienced professional specializing in conversational AI and user experience design. Currently serving as the Lead Gen AI Instructor at Correlation One since June 2024, Celene facilitates training sessions and collaborates on curriculum development while acting as a subject matter expert on GenAI. As a Senior Director at [24]7.ai, Celene leads a team focused on designing conversational interfaces for major clients across various industries, achieving significant performance metrics. Celene is also the founder of the Canada Chapter of Women in Voice, promoting empowerment in the voice tech community, and manages a Global Mentorship Program. Additional roles include public speaking and teaching in the field of conversation design across multiple platforms. Celene holds a specialization in Interaction Design from UC San Diego and a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
