As Sales and Operations Manager, she is responsible for implementing client accounts, call handling strategies and working with client base to create custom solutions and ensuring effective, friendly, and professional virtual reception services.

With over 20 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, customer service and sales her skills have been a great asset to Conversational. She is also a beauty industry “Guru” and has helped with success in servicing the beauty industries supported by reception services.

Tawnya has performed many roles within the company through its growth and had found her calling working with the clients. She brings dedication and passion to the team and believes through support, growth, and commitment Conversational will become the leader in virtual services.
