Lusine Balanyan

Lusine Balanyan currently serves as the Head of Financial Analysis & Investor Relations at Converse Bank since September 2019. Prior to this role, Lusine held various positions at Ardshinbank CJSC, including Acting Head of Economic Planning and Analysis Division and Head of Investor Relations, where responsibilities included attracting long-term funds and managing relationships with investors. Experience also includes a role as Procurement Specialist at Valletta LLC, involving market analysis and supplier negotiations, along with positions in transport logistics and as an intern at Eurosud advertising agency. Lusine's academic background includes a Master’s degree in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe and an MBA in International Business from the French University in Armenia.
