Katy Martinez

Katy Martinez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across multiple organizations. As the Founder and COO of Predictive Strategies since March 2018, Katy has been instrumental in driving the company's vision and strategy. Additionally, Katy founded Conversely AI in October 2020 and F2 Sports in February 2022, showcasing a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Prior roles include Director of Operations for the Office of the Special Administrator for the Takata Product Liability Settlement Programs and Executive Program Manager at the Deepwater Horizon Economic Claims Administration, where skills in program management and analysis were honed. Katy began a career in finance with an Investments Internship at the Louisiana State Employees' Retirement System and has a background in policy from an internship with the Committee on Ways and Means. Katy holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Economics from Louisiana State University.
