Robert Hucik

Robert Hucik has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Robert is currently the VP of Engineering at ConverseNow.AI. Previously, they served as the EVP of Engineering at Fyllo, where they played a key role in supporting the company's rapid growth and leading the development of innovative products. Before that, they were the VP of Engineering at OutSystems, where they were responsible for driving digital transformation and managing the company's cloud platform. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP, Cloud Solutions at ForgeRock, where they built and scaled all cloud offerings and mentored a team of professionals. Robert also served as the VP of Engineering at Midigator LLC and held various roles at CA Technologies, including SVP Distinguished Engineer, VP of Software Engineering, and Director of Development roles. Throughout their career, Hucik has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in developing and delivering cloud-based solutions.

Robert Hucik began their education at Bellarmine College Preparatory HS, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1994 to 1995, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. Robert then transferred to West Valley Junior College from 1995 to 1997 to pursue a degree in Information Systems. Finally, Hucik completed their education at San Diego State University from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems.
