Joacim Kroon has a diverse work experience in various roles related to analytics, conversion rate optimization, and digital strategy. Joacim started their career as a professional player at DIRECTV - Championship Gaming Series in 2007. Later, they worked as a market analyst intern at ABB, where they focused on data management and analysis. Joacim also gained experience as a social media coordinator at Fitnessfestivalen.se, creating and analyzing content for the largest fitness event in northern Europe. Joacim then interned as a data strategist at Milou Communication AB, where they mainly focused on web analysis and online strategy for clients.
Moving forward, Joacim took on roles as a web developer/designer as a freelancer before joining Kombispel as a conversion specialist, responsible for increasing conversion rates through data analysis and A/B testing. Joacim further honed their skills at Fyndiq as a digital analyst, setting up tracking requirements and providing analysis for A/B tests. Joacim also served as a CRO manager, where they played an active role in product development, hypothesis building, testing, and statistical analysis.
In 2015, Joacim joined Conversionista!, where they held multiple positions. Joacim started as a CRO manager, leading conversion rate optimization efforts and exploring new opportunities for the company. Later, they became a senior conversion specialist, specializing in conversion management, A/B testing, and implementing ideal CRO processes. Joacim then served as the head of analytics, leading and growing a team of 19 analysts, developing the analytics department, and optimizing client businesses with data-driven insights.

Joacim Kroon completed their education at Hyper Island, where they obtained a degree in Digital Data Strategy from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Blekinge Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor's degree in Web Development from 2010 to 2013. Joacim has also obtained several additional certifications from Google, including Google Mobile Sites, Google Analytics IQ, and Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, all in the years 2015 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Conversion Manager from Conversionista! in 2015.
