Jessica Harwood

Jessica Harwood is currently the People Experience Lead at Convert Digital, a prominent ecommerce agency, since September 2024. Previously, Jessica served as the People & Culture Director for Overdose. in the APAC region from August 2021 to September 2024, playing a key role in fostering a people-first culture for a growing team of over 400 global commerce professionals. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Digital Recruitment Consultant, Digital Recruitment Consultant, and Digital Talent Scout at Just Digital People and Fitness First Australia respectively. Jessica also held various positions in hospitality and retail, including Cafe Supervisor and Retail Supervisor. Jessica holds a Diploma of Hospitality Management from WelTec, earned between 2013 and 2016.
