G R. possesses extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Operations Director at CONVERTIDORA INDUSTRIAL SAB DECV since November 2011. Previously, G R. held the position of Site Manufacturing Director at Grupo Jomar (Atletica), overseeing seven manufacturing plants in the textile industry and managing nearly 1,000 personnel. G R.'s career also includes roles as Site Manager at Carestream Health, responsible for eight lines of business in industrial and medical device manufacturing, and Operations Manager at Eastman Kodak Company, where diverse operations in molding, metal stamping, and assembly processes were managed. Initial engineering experience was gained at Texas Instruments as an Engineer. G R. holds an Engineering degree in Electronics from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and a bachelor's degree from Colegio Cervantes Costa Rica.
