Sophie Brewer

Sophie Brewer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as the First Line Support Team Leader at Convertr since August 2019, Sophie has also held roles as a Senior Technical Account Executive and Technical Account Executive within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Client Services Coordinator at Hamilton Mercer for a brief period in early 2019, and as an Accounts Payable Administrator at Mace from July 2017 to January 2019. Sophie's career began in the healthcare sector as a Healthcare Assistant at Boots Retail USA, Inc. from August 2013 to September 2017. Additionally, Sophie has held temporary Customer Assistant positions at Marks and Spencer in different departments in 2011 and 2012. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Spanish from the University of Westminster, completed in 2017, following education at Havering Sixth Form College and Hall Mead School.
