Zach Stepek

Zach Stepek serves as the Senior Director of AgencyOps and Client Enablement Manager at Convesio since June 2023. As the Founder of Mighty Swarm, Zach focuses on optimizing online stores for performance and conversion. Previously, Zach held the position of Technical Lead at Cloudways, where responsibilities included utilizing APM tools to enhance client website performance. Zach co-founded A Brainy Company, growing it into a multi-million dollar agency, and served as the Owner and Editor-in-Chief of Rock Insider Magazine, overseeing editorial operations. Additional experience includes roles as Technology Wrangler for Oscar Mike & the OMFoundation, User Experience Architect at Comply365 and Practice Velocity, Co-Founder of Rock. Nothing But..., and Instructor at Ascend Training. Zach's educational background includes graduating from Harlem High School in 1999.
