Lauren Tennant Pollock

Lauren Tennant Pollock has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Lauren most recently served as the Head of Strategy for Convex Insurance in the US, starting in September 2021. Before their role at Convex Insurance, they worked at AXA XL, a division of AXA, where they served as the Head of Digital Cyber from September 2016 to July 2021. Prior to that, they held a position as VP - Product Development at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. from June 2010 to July 2014. Lauren'searly career began at Guy Carpenter, where they worked as a Risk Analyst from August 2008 to June 2010.

Lauren Tennant Pollock holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Harvard Business School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in International Economics at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, where they earned a BSFS degree from 2005 to 2008.
