Neha Budhraja has a wealth of experience in the technology sector. Neha began their career in 2013 as a Consultant for Tablet Strategy at Microsoft. Neha then joined RichRelevance as a member of the Global Accounts Management Team. In 2014, they moved to Cisco as a Business Development Manager for Emerging Countries. In 2016, they joined American Express as a Sr. Manager, Business Development & Partnerships, where they managed existing partnerships and developed new products and partnerships with a focus on QR/Fintech Payments in Asia. Neha was later promoted to Director, Business Development & Partnerships, where they led a team focused on growth of AI-based Amex servicing partnerships and development of new products and partnerships with a focus on cryptocurrency/blockchain and superapps. In 2020, Neha joined Convex as Head of Customer Operations and was later promoted to Director of Customer Operations, where they were responsible for scaling the Customer Success function through management of large scale accounts, internal support and success operations, and key partnerships.

Neha Budhraja holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from The Wharton School. In 2018, they completed a Certificate of Management Excellence - sponsored by American Express at Harvard Business School. Neha also attended an Exchange Term at Singapore Management University in 2014. Neha Budhraja's educational background is rounded out by their High School Diploma from Marin Academy.
