Kyle Wilkes has worked in various roles since 2007. In 2007, they worked as an Aircraft Detailer at Jet Logistics, Inc. In 2009, they were a Residential Life Trainer at Eastern North Carolina School for the Deaf. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at CSDVRS, LLC in various roles, including Telesales Specialist, Z Ambassador, Verification Specialist, Verifications/Scheduling Team Leader, and Customer Experience Sr. Team Leader. Kyle Wilkes obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Wayne Community College between 2006 and 2008. Kyle also obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained certifications from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and the Federal Aviation Administration in 2009 and 2008, respectively. Kyle also obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in 2022.
