Colleen Dearth has over six years of work experience in various roles. In 2016, they worked as a Manager/Local Store Marketer for Texas Roadhouse, where they remedied customer complaints and actively promoted rewards programs. In 2018, they began working as a Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness, where they handled all front desk related activities and assisted callers with a variety of questions. In 2019, they held two roles, first as an Intern for GO Fitness, where they assisted with special event programming and monitored personal training sales, and second as an Assistant General Manager and Shift Supervisor for Melt Bar and Grilled, where they acted as a liaison between front-line employees and the general manager and oversaw day-to-day operations of front of house staff. In 2020, they worked as a Server for Z Cucina di Spirito, where they arranged and prepared tables for customers and upsold high-profit items. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Client Services Representative for Kinetic Technology Solutions, providing warm and friendly administrative assistance for clients and performing tier 1 support of Kinetic technologies. In 2022, they began working as an Admin Support Specialist for Foxen.
Colleen Dearth began their educational journey in 2018 when they attended Columbus State Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Exercise Science. Colleen then continued their studies at The Ohio State University, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Human Nutrition, expected to be completed in 2024.
