Wayne Betts Jr has a long history of work experience in marketing and communications. From 2004 to 2009, they were the co-founder of Mosdeux, an independent studio where they created three full-length films on an average budget of $90k and oversaw nationwide distribution. In 2007, they were promoted from a junior-level position to Creative Marketing Manager at Purple Communications, where they were responsible for the entire creative output of a company with a workforce of 1,000+ employees and the second largest customer base in the VRS industry. Wayne also managed an annual creative budget exceeding $100k. In 2009, they became one of the founders of Convo Communications, where they directed all creative aspects of the company's communications, managed branding, and oversaw the life cycle of all marketing campaigns.
Wayne Betts Jr attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004, studying in the School of Film & Animations. Wayne also attended Gallaudet University in 1999, studying Television, Film & Photography.
