Naeem Afzal

Naeem Afzal has worked in the software development and research field since 2002. Naeem's career began as a Junior Software Developer at esolpk in 2002, followed by a Software Developer role at KayosWorks in 2003. Later that year, they were a Software Engineer at Voxel Communications. In 2006, they worked as an EDI Support Specialist at Ovex Technologies and then as a Sr. Software Engineer at iPhonica LLC in 2007. In 2009, they became a Manager IT at PTCL and then a Manager (Software Development and Research) at wi-tribe Pakistan in 2012. Most recently, they have been a Senior Back-end Developer at Convo.com since 2022, where they have worked on technologies such as Elastic search, Logstash JDBC pipeline, Lucene search engine, and PostgreSQL Database.

Naeem Afzal obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir in 2002. Prior to this, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology in 2000. In addition, they obtained a certification in Huawei USCDB and UPCC (PCRF) Analysis and Configurations from Huawei Technologies in March 2017.
