Scott Key

Scott Key has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Scott started their career with ExakTime in 2012, where they progressed from a Product Support Specialist to a Professional Services Manager, generating significant revenue and leading multiple teams. In 2018, they joined QLess, Inc. as a Program Manager, overseeing client portfolios and managing the implementation process. Following that, in 2019, they became the Director of Services at AssetSmart, responsible for running technical services and managing a Customer Success Manager. Currently, since 2020, Scott serves as the Senior Manager of Product Management at Convoso, where they focus on product strategy, team development, and overseeing product development cycles. Overall, Scott Key has demonstrated expertise in product management, team leadership, and successfully delivering innovative products.

Scott Key completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they pursued coursework in Human Factors Psychology at California State University, Northridge from 2009 to 2012. Scott Key also holds several certifications, including PMC Level IV, PMC Level III, PMC Level I, and PMC Level II from Pragmatic Institute, which they obtained in June, July, and August of 2022. Scott also obtained the "Foundations in Customer Education" certification from Skilljar in October 2020.
