Shiva Mirzadeh

Shiva Mirzadeh has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Starting in 1999 at CA Technologies, Shiva worked as a Sr. Director of Software Engineering, providing roadmaps and assessments for various software products and overseeing the development of CA SaaS and Cloud-based products. From 2014 to 2017, Shiva served as the Executive Director of Development at YP, where they implemented roadmaps and strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue through the supervision of cross-functional teams. At Symantec, from 2017 to 2020, Shiva excelled as the Director of Development for Norton Product Engineering & Operation, leading a globally distributed organization and implementing cloud migration, DevOps, and continuous delivery. Shiva then joined Signal Sciences as Vice President of Engineering from March 2020 to September 2021, followed by becoming an Advisor Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) starting in April 2020. Currently, Shiva holds the position of VP of Engineering at Convoso since September 2021.

Shiva Mirzadeh holds a DESS (Diplôme d’Etude Superior Spécialisé) degree in Computer Science & Ethnomethodology from Université Paris Cité. Shiva also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Université Paris 8. In addition, they have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware and Computer Engineering from Université Paris 8.
