Matthew Bosch-Willett

Director, Structural Engineering at ConXtech

Mr. Bosch-Willett manages ConXtech’s Engineering Department’s employees and workflows. He directs design work for new business capture, provides technical support for ConXtech’s project execution team and outside engineering firms, trains internal and external engineers to use the ConXtech systems efficiently in their designs, and oversees revisions to ConXtech’s Standard Details. He also researches and develops integration of innovative framing solutions to help ConXtech compete in a rapidly changing environment.

Mr. Bosch-Willett is a licensed California structural engineer with more than 12 years of experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Northeastern University and launched his career in Boston working for WSP (formerly Parsons Brinckerhoff) in 2010. At WSP he designed and supervised construction of precast buildings, notably the Logan Airport Consolidated Rent-a-Car Facility and the LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal West Parking Structure. After obtaining his master’s degree in engineering management from Tufts University, he moved west to join ConXtech’s structural engineering team in 2017 and was promoted to director in 2020.
